CDC, Big Pharma and vaccines

-Julie Gerding who is CDC Director from 2002-2009 and then went on to become the head of Merck Vaccines.

-There is a phenomenon called “agency capture” where an agency that is supposed to protect the American public from bad drugs or pollution or whatever ultimately becomes a subsidiary or a sock puppet for the industry that it supposed to regulate.

-That is what we see with the CDC.

-Julie Gerding did a couple billion dollar favors for Merck.  She has silenced a whistleblower like William Thompson who is still a scientist at the CDC.  Thompson wanted to tell the public that testing of Merck vaccine, the MMR vaccine, was causing autism and black boys and other people who got the vaccine.   The scientists had been ordered to destroy data showing that fact.

-Gerding arranged for Merck to get the multi-billion dollar MMR vaccine and to make sure Glaxo could not sell its vaccine in this country.

-She approved the HPV vaccine, Gardasil, that is another Merck’s product.

-Gerding approved the chickenpox (水痘) vaccine and silenced whistleblower, Gary Goldman who said that this vaccine is going to cause shingles (帶狀皰疹) epidemic.   Merck then not only got the chickenpox vaccine but it was able to market shingles vaccine.

-Gerding retired in 2009 and was made president of Merck Vaccine Division in 2010 with a salary of about 2.5 or 5 million dollars in stock options

-CDC is actually a vaccine company with a total budget of 11 billion dollars a year.   5 billion of that is for buying vaccines from those 4 companies and making sweetheart deals where the US taxpayer pay more than they can get from Europe.   CDC then distribute those vaccines to the American public.   So they are approving the vaccine, and at the same, they are mandating vaccines for the public.  They are buying them from these companies that they are friends with.

-They are basically forcing 78 million people to take an untested product.

-CDC also owns patents on many of the vaccines.  In fact, across HHS (Health and Human Services) which is a mother agency for FDA, CDC, and NIH (National Institute of Health) which all regulate vaccines in different parts of the vaccine industry or all parts of HHS.    Those agencies are allowed to hold patents on the vaccines that their scientists work on and then collect royalties.   The officials in those agencies who worked on the vaccines can also own part of the patent and collect royalties of up to 150K a year. (4:37)  So every bottle of Gardasil that is sold, HHS is making money on it.

-The regulatory agency is actually making money by mandating this vaccine to people and then collecting money on it and ignoring the health effects when people are injured.

-These vaccines are zero liability products no matter how toxic the ingredient, no matter how grievous your injury is, no matter how negligent the company is.  You CANNOT sue them!

-They can do anything with the vaccine and you can’t do anything about it.

-There are 4 companies that make all 72 of these vaccines.  They are Merck, Pfiser, Glaxo and Sanofi SA…. Are all convicted felons. 　Those four companies in the last decade paid over 35 billion damages and penalties and fines or criminal fines for defrauding regulators, for falsifying science, for lying to doctors, lying to patients and customers, for killing hundreds and thousands of Americans.
