熱點互動 （ 10/30/19 ）： 區塊鏈被熱炒：   極權利器？   - 日前在習近平親自出面力挺區塊鏈，稱要將其作為自主創新突破口後，區塊鏈一時風頭無兩，相關報導及評論井噴而出。習近平稱要將 “ 區塊鏈和實體經濟深度融合 ” ；而官方機構則稱區塊鏈會成為 “ 監管的牙齒 ” - 習近平說要加快發展區塊鏈技術發展，藉此解決中小企業融資難，部門監管難的問題。 有些公司，如 TheKey 已經接連了 66 個城市， 2.1 億人口，個人身份數據，包括指紋、消費習慣等。   再加上與 biometrics 的工具相結合，這是中國人民被監管更嚴的災難。 - 為什麼要習近平出來為一個技術來背書？   因為這個不尋常。   1.   時間點 ——   轉移大家對四中全會的關注。 2.   大國主義的示現，並要跟美國爭金融霸主的造勢。 3. 習需要找一樣東西來激勵人民的情緒，面對持續疲軟的經濟。 - 在中國投入幾千億還不能在晶片領域領先後，也許在這個區塊鏈領域，它可以藉某種技術超前。 - 但是習把 block chain 提拔到國家的級別，當它還不是一個宏觀技術，而且讓政治常委都去學習，變成一個全國性的運動，那就有點過了，感覺有點疾病亂投醫。 - 有意思的是，中共特別強調 block-chain 不等於虛擬貨幣，叫老百姓不要誤會去炒作虛擬貨幣。   雖然大部分人都是在解讀他們是要自創貨幣要抗衡美元。 - 中共當初打壓 BTC 是因為它是去中心化，中共絕對要打掉。 但是它自己的中央銀行可以出一個電子貨幣。 - 但是非常關鍵的是，貨幣的背後是 信譽支撐 。   美金靠的是它是 reserved currency, 量體大，也有一定的經濟規律和法律規範的體制。   這個人民幣 or 中國的電子貨幣沒有這樣的條件。 - 所以中共如果認為只要把技術搞上去，它發行的貨幣全球會支持，那是不太可能的。   它低估了誠信在國際上的重要性。   這也是它在很多問題上一敗再敗的原因。 - 所以中共的作為可能就像華為一樣，跟什麼非州的國家形成聯盟，但是西方的經濟大國未必買賬。 - 至於用 block chain 來監控方面 ,   任何技...

熱點互動 （ 9/10/19 ）： 真正擊垮中共的不是豬肉和失業而是中美貿易和內部政治鬥爭 - 拿掉中美貿易，中共和其它國家的進出口貿易基本上是持平的。   他們買進的原材料和賣出的產品是持平，沒有順差。   - 它們的貿易順差主要 80 、 90% 來自美國。 換句話說，它們的外匯儲備金基本上是來自美元。 - 他們能搞『一帶一路』靠的就是在中美貿易賺的美金。   目前 中美貿易有問題，『一帶一路』也搞不下去了。    從去年開始，中共對一帶一路就降溫的非常厲害，因為他們沒錢了。 - 美元是中共的生命線。 它需要美元做為人民幣的基架支撐和產業運作。   - 中國的能源、資源貧瘠， 68% 都是要靠進口。   再加上它又是人口大國，也要進口糧食， 20% 的食物要靠進口。   這些所有的進出口都要用美元去買。 - 所以會擊垮中共的是兩點，一就是美元全沒了。   二是政治鬥爭。 - 問： 2019 年， 8 月出口意外的下跌 1% ，本來預測是升 2% 。   進口已經連續下跌 4 個月。   之前貿易順差預估是 420 億，實際是 380 億。   怎樣解讀？   - 答：官方的解釋是全球經濟疲軟，需求降低。   但是核心還是因為和美的貿易大戰。   對美國單方面出口就降了 16% 。 對日本及歐洲上升一點。   但是對東南亞突然上升 10% ——   這個可能是以為包括轉口貿易 （藉由東南亞再出口到美國）。 4 ： 39.     中共試圖把這個進出口數字弄得好看些。 - 進口下降原因是 1.   內部需求疲軟。 因為和美國訂單減少，就無需購買原料。 2. 政策操控。比方它為什麼缺乏豬肉確不像美國買？   因為他們要保住已經不多的美金外匯。 - 問：到底美金外匯儲備還有多少？ - 答： Karl Bass （ Hedge Fund Manger ）做過研究， 2015 年，中國外匯從 4 萬億跌倒 3.2 萬億， 資金大量外走。   奇怪的是，這個數字後來就不再變了，持平了。 然後它的中美順差量和香港資金流動...
