20191217-Decoding UN Agenda 21 (Part 1)
Sarah Westall Interviewed with Rosa Koire (Part 1):
Decoding UN Agenda 21
-Agenda 21 is a hundred year plan for the Century 21. Agenda 30 is a milestone year. It’s not to replace Agenda 21. It lists its goal (14:58) for Year 2030.
-The reason that they mentioned Agenda 30 so much was to diverting people not too focus on Agenda 21 and make people think that Agenda 30 is to replace Agenda 21. Agenda 21 contains a huge body of info that aims to control every aspect of our lives on Earth.
-Rosa’s own definition of Agenda 21: An action blueprint to inventory and control all land, all water, all plants, all minerals, all constructions, all music productions, all education, all information, all law enforcement, all human beings of the world. It’s a complete, comprehensive plan that covers every element of your life from birth till your death.
-Its education is a propaganda plan designed to get you into high-density, city centers, out of the rural, suburban areas where you can be independent. They want you to be managed, controlled and monitored.
-Who is going to control and monitor us?
Everyone has been trained to be a global citizen. Climate change is designed to terrorize you. Terrorism is designed to terrorize you. 9/11, climate change…. are designed to frighten you, paralyze you to make you think you have to act quickly and follow what they tell you to do.
-Who is doing that to us? We are doing to ourselves since people who are educated in the system are being indoctrinated with sustainable development principles.
-The UN principle is that individual rights have to be balanced with the rights of the global community. The community rights always out-weight the individual rights.
-Agenda 21 is global plan but implemented locally.
-“Sustainable development” is another word for Agenda 21.
-The plan is designed to work with 3 elements: the government, corporation/foundation and non-profit group.
-Government works with corporation because corporations can be secretive.
-Corporation partners with government, because government has police power and money.
-Government and corporation both partner with non-profit groups because they are small and nimble. They are available locally. They can be directed and funded. They are the store-front groups. There are millions of them all over the world.
-You often find that Agenda 21 has a land use plan. That’s the way to change our governing system from city-county-state-federal to global-regional-neighborhood where you don’t vote for any of these. The design is to change our government to a governing system that is regional. Regional governance is the transitional stage before the full global system.
-There are now regional systems all over the USA and the world. They are all the same plans. These plans are going to take you out of the representative government into regional governance which is not elected but appointed. Everything is working towards this plan.
-Agenda 21 is going to have a new value system. It’s a reward/punishment system. (28:41) They are going to socially transforming human being. That requires tracking, assessment and rating. That’s what Agenda 21 is all about.
-SMART stands for sustainability, monitoring, assessment, rating and tracking.
-Agenda 21 is about controlling people using social media, schools, internet of things, social score, biometrics, limiting human actions, monitoring us. Then using the reward/punishment system to fully control us at a certain point we will just be superfluous (redundant).
-All kinds of things are rolled out in different places to see how they go. For example, fire ring around the London – certain days, you can’t drive into the city; extreme value-added taxes, vehicle miles travel taxes, monitoring your well so you can’t use your land in the rural area, climate action plans that dictates how much energy and water that you are going to use. Plus full biometrics that can track you by your odor…. Augmented Reality will make you not believe what you see.
-The goal is to limit your ability to live out in a rural area, in a piece of land, be independent. This plan is all about making you dependent. (32:48)
