Part Four on relationship between Vatican, Queen and United States of America, Inc.

-We haven’t had a US Treasury since 1924.   For the past decades, IMF has been functioned as the US Treasury.  （愛恩：what？！）

-There are three basic jurisdictions:  land, sea, and air.   We are the unincorporated states that control the physical land.

-Sea falls under the international jurisdiction.   There are two kinds of international business： international trade and international commerce.   Int’l trade are between unincorporated entities or unincorporated entity with an incorporated entity.   Int’l commerce are between incorporated entities.

-In the international jurisdiction, there are no real people, only legal entity.   There are only businesses and people working for the businesses or legal entities (like countries) and people working for the legal entities.

-In the past, we were not aware and didn’t assert our right to self-governance.   Gradually, our international trustees (17:12) have reduced us to as acting as dependents.  We have two international trustee – the British Monarch on the high seas and inner waterways.   And the Pope for the global jurisdiction.

-The Federal government is separated from our government.   The Federal government is under contract to provide services to our government.   The Constitution that created the Federal government created 3 different levels of the Federal government.

1. The actual federal government that was operated by the confederation of the states, created by the Articles of Confederation.

2. The territorial government – to administer any new territories while they are in transit between being a territory and an actual state, and take care of territorial possessions like Guam and Puerto Rico.

3. Municipal of US – Originally limited to 10 square miles of District of Columbia as a city state.

These were established by three constitutions：

In 1787, Constitution for the United States of America.

In 1789, Constitution of United States of America for the Territorial government

In 1790, Constitution of the United States – this is for the Municipal government.

-The actual states were formed in 1781 by the Articles of Confederation.  Each state has a doing business entity called “The State of  “  For example, the state is Georgia.  The federal state of Georgia is called “The State of Georgia”.  “T” of “the” is capitalized.   It’s a business entity for the state of Georgia.

-During the Civil War, the actual states were put into reconstruction and never finished.   So the original federal states and their constitutions were put away.   In 1868, the territorial US government that was operated under the British government was substituted for the original federal states by the British Monarch.

-It was such a con-job.  They used a lot of similar names to pull it off.   In 1868, the Scottish government issued a charter for a commercial corporation, United States of America, Inc.  That corporation issued itself a constitution called “The Constitution of United States of America”.

-Anna said Trump knew about this.

-Pope Benedict is willing to do something to this fraud but the Queen of England has made some effort like paying some of her bills and took responsibilities of the wrong doings of some of her attorney in US.
