Part Two on relationship between Vatican, Queen and United States of America, Inc.

-Vatican only came to existence in 1929.  The contract we have with the Catholic Church is with the Holy See (The central government of the Catholic Church not Vatican –the city state.   Vatican mainly manages property for the Holy See.)

-Roman Catholic Church was a merger between the pagan Rome Church and Christian Church.   .  You have the Pontiff that leads the secular church that is a pagan institution alongside with the Christian Church

-When they merged back in the old days, they didn’t really merge.  They were just running side by side and own the business together. 

-So when Pope Benedict steps down, he kept the sacred office and Pope Francis became the Pontiff that manages the business side of the Church.   Pope Benedict rules over the Holy See.

-Anna claimed that the Holy See is in breach with the trust with the US people.

-The Holy See is the trustee that is in charge of the municipal government – Washington DC.  (15:21)  Most of our trouble comes from our government in Washington DC.

-The municipal government was formed under the Constitution.  It was meant to establish a separate city government -  Washington DC as a neutral meeting ground for the states and other nations to come and interact.

-The charter was extended by the Holy See to make Washington DC subject to them.   DC is an international city state and organized under the City of Rome.  So we have a foreign city that is operating as our capital city.

-The Congress was in trust to act as a separate government for that international city state.  They can do whatever they want as the government of Washington DC.

-After the American Revolution, you had 50 states/nations that were joined together in various kinds of association.

a. First it was joined as an Union – created by the Declaration of Independence. 7/4/1776.

b. Then it was joined together as a Federation of States on 9/9/1776.

c. Then it was joined as Confederation of States on 3/1/1781 and chartered as the States of America.  

-This is the one we don’t know much about.   We are never taught about it.  We have seen the Articles of Confederation then was told the Constitution replaced that.  That is not true.   Nothing was done by the Congress to repeal, change or mending the Articles of Confederation.

-Nothing was done about the Articles of Confederation.    Instead, Constitution was adopted (19:11).  

-The Union, Federation, Confederation continue to function up to 1860.   In 1860, the Confederation broke apart into the Northern Confederation and Southern Confederation.   

-Civil War - That was why it was the Civil War not a war.  It was an inter-governmental war between incorporated entities.

-The business entities/commercial corporations were chartered by each state and they were fighting each other in a mercenary conflict. 

-At the end of Civil War, the North was bankrupt and the South was ruined.  The entire confederation was wiped out at that point.  But the Federation of States was never involved in this.   There was no declaration of war or treaty of peace.   The Civil War was just a mercenary conflict.

-Lincoln put the Union Army in charge in 1863 when the Northern Confederation states went bankrupt.  They remained in power in Washington DC asａ　military government under General Grant.

-The military traditionally is under the territorial government.    The other government was the municipal, civil government of Washington DC.   Think of it as the military as territorial and civil services as municipal.

-The two groups are employees but they now in power.  The states and its people are left out of the loop.   That means we don’t have a government representing us.   The real government is kept dormant on purpose.

-Who owns the corporation?    There are actually two corporations and they are being operating off-shore.   One is owned by the Queen of England.   The other is owned by the Holy See.

-How are we being exploited?   Taxes – we are being taxed without representation.   We are mis-characterized as British Territorial citizens——  that we are not.   We are further mis-characterized as municipal citizens-  that we are not.  At each stage, we get more responsibilities, more taxation, more regulations, less rights….

-Did some of our taxes go to Vatican and the Queen without our knowledge?  Absolutely, huge!   Also, they used us as assets and collateral for their debts.

-Who directs our military?   They use compartmentalization to keep most military peopleare kept in the dark.  Only the very few at the top knew the Queen controls the Navy of the High Seas.

-If only a few knows, why do we have to follow what the Queen says?   We have to do this legally and peacefully.
