-Battle between the Alliance and the Deep State

Who owns the infrastructure for 5G?  

-We can find out by following the people or money.   Who’s got the funds to rapidly develop 5G infrastructure and R&D?

-Networking Equipment – Ericsson (Sweden), Nokia （Finland）, Huawei, ZTE (中興)

-Communications chip manufacturing – Qualcomm, Mediatek, Samsung, Huawei

-Huawei is the elephant in the room

What’s China’ 5G plan?

-plans to invest 224 billion dollars in 5G by 2025

-They want to dominate 5G for control and surveillance.  Ultimately, they want to replace US for global economy and global everything.

-They want to own roads digitally and physically.

-Belt and Road initiative will allow China to build vast railway, energy pipeline, highway, steam line border crossing reaching West thru the mountainous former Soviet republics and southward, to Pakistan, India, and the rest of Southeast Asia.

-That infrastructure will allow the expand usage of 人民幣，while deepening Chinese trade and policy.

-Huawei is considered by US government as an arm of the Chinese government and beholden to the interests of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

-In 2017, China quickly passed National Intelligence Law -  China’s new spying law requires all organizations and citizens shall support, assist and cooperate with national intelligence efforts according to the Law.  It allows Chinese intelligence agencies to search premises, seize property, and mobilize individuals or organizations to carry out espionage both on foreign and domestic soil.

-The law governs China’s secret policy system consists of 國安部，國保部。

-China wants to exert force on foreign countries first by rolling out 5G to select group of countries enabling surveillance and influence.   Second, building a vast network of railway, highway, energy pipeline, steamline border crossing to control resources directly or thru trade.

What’s US plan?

-FCC’ s 5 G Fast Plan - in Sept. 2018, the FCC passed new rules to bypass state and local leaders to expedite the building of 5G cells network.   But 5G network had encountered opposition from Philadelphia, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.

-Sprint will be the 1^stcompany to allow real 5G smart phone in the US.   It will merge with T-

Mobile.  The merger will allow enough spectrum assets necessary to enable 5G to work.

-March, 2019 – Trump blocked Broadcom’s hostile takeover bid for Qualcomm due to potential national threat.

-Q said Trump is rolling out a safer version of 5G to combat the Deep State’s 16-year plan to destroy USA.

-The Deep State’s 5G version is dangerous and weaponized.

-Huge military bill is passed to fund the building for Southern border wall and 5G infrastructure.

Where is the current battleground?

-It’s in Europe.   Huawei and Xiomi dominated the European markets while Samsung and Apple’s sales saw significant drop.

-Countries that are siding with Huawei are England, Italy and Germany.

-UK’s Vodafone sided with Huawei

-Samsung supplies Verizon with equipment

-Samsung, Nokia, Ericsson supplies to AT&T

-EU is concerned that Huawei could be asked by the Chinese government to incorporate back doors into their equipment that would allow Beijing to spy or sabotage overseas targets especially now that the National Intelligence Law demand companies and citizens be willing to collaborate with the national intelligence agencies.

-Some analyst think that the world might end up with a divided tech world – one Chinese-run and another non-Chinese run.

-Japan and Australia have joined with US to ban Huawei participating in their future 5G network.

-In March, 2019, the Trump Administration told Germany unless they banned Huawei on 5G, it would limit intelligence reports with them.
