Wendy: In this video, Dick shows us a simple way to encrypt our seed phrases. He learned this from his remote viewing mentor who used to work for the military intelligence. For example, if you have a seed phrase that is “golden pineapple”. His little encryption trick will encrypt that phrase so no one can recognize it except you. Then you can carry that encrypted seed phrase in your wallet and don’t have to worry if anyone gets it. I think it is a simple but cleaver little system.

-USD used to be 90%’s world reserve currency. Now it’s about 55%. Looks like it’s going down to 35%-45% by the end of this year, because of the gold-back 人民幣via its CISP payment system (China International Payments System).
-Russia was actively dumping US dollars and buying gold at the fastest paced in decades. In April and May 2018, Russia's central bank liquidated $81 billion in Treasurys, nearly its entire holdings.
-In the months that have followed, as the US has imposed more economic sanctions and feuded with Putin over the fate of Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro, Vladimir Putin has turned instead to alternative reserves as the country's de-dollarization push continued.
-Over the same period of time, Russia was an openly large buyer of Chinese yuan, as Goldman Sachs.
-Data from the Russian central bank cited by Bloomberg show that its gold reserves have nearly quadrupled over the past ten years, and that 2018 marked the most "ambitious year yet" for Russia gold-buying, which coincided with the Central Bank of Russia's mass-dumping of its Treasury holdings.
-And with Russia now clearly seeking to end monetary ties with a dollar-denominated "west", there is just one alternative - China. Which is why it will probably not come as a surprise that several Russian banks joined the China International Payments System (CIPS) also known as China's "SWIFT", to ease operations between the two countries, according to a senior official at the Central Bank of Russia (CBR).
-However, now IBM just came out with its new blockchain World Wire payment system. This system will be the new world payment system.
-IBM developed this thru Microsoft.
-Who is MSFT? Microsoft controls the world’s computing system. Therefore, ultimately it controls the SWIFT and CIPS and space program.
-MSFT controls the programs that IBM puts out because they have to meet the Microsoft guidelines.
-MSFT’s headquarter is not in Redmond but underground.
-IBM’s World Wire will likely play out as a “controlled demolition,” so to speak, of all currencies, including the U.S. dollar and the EU euro. This will prelude the planned global merging of all of these former currencies in to one single currency, which will require some type of biometric or RFID (radio-frequency identification) chip in order to function.
-Eventually, under this new Luciferian global economy, which will be governed by Satanic Noahide laws, all people, regardless of who they are or where they’re from, will be required to have these chips implanted into their bodies in order for them to have the capacity to engage in commerce – as well as to not starve to death.
-Unless one receives the mark, he or she is unable to buy or sell anything in the global market, meaning many probably will accept the mark simply to survive,” writes Chris Katulka for IsraelMyGlory.org. “Managing what people buy and sell on such an immense scale would require a one-world currency to monitor all transactions.”
