CV Episode #292 (What is ahead for 2019):

-2019 will be the year of mergers and acquisitions.

-Companies are told we are going to a digital，cyrpto based monetary system.

-Michael’s job is to go meet with corporations, government official and powerful people and tell them this will be implemented.   He has a diplomatic passport and credentials to go speak to top people and top officials.   They acknowledge his legitimacy and who he represents and will comply to what he wishes them to do.

-He is one of a group that go around the globe and implement policies that have been determined at a higher level.

-This policy has been outlined to corporations and they know they have a few years to get in line with the crypto system.

-This theme of this year is “How they are going to do it?”    What platform they are going to use?   Existing one?  Or build one from scratch?  Merge with a platform?   Acquire it?

-The big run-up is not going to happen until the big corporations are ready.

-Exchange Union has to be in place.

-The big run-up in 2017 was just a stress run on the system, get people interested in crypto, watch how people react.

20190114-Bitmain-BTC goes down to $1800?

Crypto Cowboy: Problem with BTC space – centralization of the BTC.       The 6 biggest mining companies in the world are calling the shots and they are mostly Chinese.   Also big banks are entering the space.    Right now it looks like Bitmain is going down. Bitmain – has gone through a lot changes due to price volatility, political pressure, regulations 。。。 -Two CEO/founders are going to step down. -closing its 500 million project in Austin, Texas -closing its Israeli research and development office  -cutting up to 50 percent of its staff  Probably because of it, there are a lot of big dormant wallets (50 – 100+ BTC) that are becoming active and more on the selling side.    However, a lot of these wallets are active in the OTC market not retail but their activity might still affect the prices in the retail markets.   So in the short-term, BTC price might even go down to $1800 .   If it does, Crypto Cowboy thinks it’s a go...
