His Banker Guy told him that the market should flatten out today.   Joe thinks that we are going to see some nice profit taking like his mom said which will push the market back down into our "buy" territory.  He thinks a safe play would be buying back in on his LTC and stacking his orders such as $21.50, $21, $20.50, $20, $19, $19.50, $18.50, $18.25.

If he sees the market dump even more, then he will dig into his bank account and just gobble up some more.T

The Fed hikes interest rate by a quarter point
The Federal Reserve on Wednesday raised its benchmark interest rate a quarter-point but lowered its projections for future hikes.
As markets had expected, the central bank took the target range for its benchmark funds rate to 2.25 percent to 2.5 percent. The move marked the fourth increase this year and the ninth since it began normalizing rates in December 2015. It came despite President Donald Trump's tweets against rate hikes. On Monday, he said "it is incredible" that "the Fed is even considering yet another interest rate hike."

20190114-Bitmain-BTC goes down to $1800?

Crypto Cowboy: Problem with BTC space – centralization of the BTC.       The 6 biggest mining companies in the world are calling the shots and they are mostly Chinese.   Also big banks are entering the space.    Right now it looks like Bitmain is going down.
