Ed and Daz have some similar data on a breakdown of communication on a global political level. A new status is declared? 
This feels like a hard line declaration from the TRUMP administration. This sets the/a stage a serious break takes place.
Very significant. 
The idea is like TRUMP delivers a serious blow to the world order/structure. Like a law of some kind. I keep getting the notion of a declaration. 
The idea that some countries may/will see this as an aggressive act or even an act of war, or hostile act against global structure. 
There feels like a small group of people around TRUMP. I am getting the idea of them splitting the world into sections, quadrants.
Like dividing up the world or separating the world into quadrants. 
It feels like it starts with a declaration into law something. There is the idea that it can not be disputed. A stand still.

This feels like a negative move in the market. Negative news or something that impacts. 
Worried people, a drop, confidence drop.

A situation that causes an [DRAMATIC?] period of crypto market activity - very unstable.
